1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Achyrix website, requesting software execution pods, or demonstrating Achyrix Restaurant OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services & Intellectual Property

All proprietary logos, software designs, Achyrix Execution Pod frameworks, and Achyrix Restaurant OS architectures remain the exclusive intellectual property of Achyrix Technologies.

3. Limitation of Liability

Achyrix provides website information and platform demonstrations in good faith. Service pod SLAs and production deployment agreements are governed by individual master service contracts.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws.
